Guten Morgen,

also von diesen Problemen kann ich bisher nicht berichten. Muss aber gestehen, dass ich den Raspberry Pi nicht so regelmäßig neustarte, da sonst meine Haussteuerung allgemein nicht funktioniert ;-)
Trotzdem wurde er schon mehrfach neugestartet, aber ohne Probleme. HA-Bridge verrichtet seine Arbeit ohne Vorkommnisse. Probiere wirklich mal eine andere SD-Karte.

Die Version 4.5.6 habe ich ebenfalls installiert.

Anbindung am Echt Dot sollte ohne Probleme gehen. Beide müssen sich im Netzwerk befinden und am Echo muss du nur "Alexa, Geräte suchen" sagen bzw. auf der GUI nach den Geräten suchen lassen. Innerhalb von 30 Sekunden sollten die Einträge vorhanden und ansprechbar sein.
